At FMD, we strive to continually keep prices down for our customers all year round. However due to weather, demand and market conditions, some items can fluctuate in price daily.
If you have an issue with your order, (for instance incorrect item received, bad stock) or any other issue... please notify your rep within 24 hours of receiving your order to rectify any issues.
We offer Free delivery as long as your order reaches a $75 minimum.
We offer next day delivery as long as you place your fruit & veg order by 11pm ... For all Processed items, you need to place your order by 6pm for next day delivery.
Our delivery schedule is the following ...
Brisbane: Monday to Saturday
Bayside area: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Gold Coast: Monday to Saturday

At FMD our experienced staff source the freshest local produce possible via the Brisbane Markets and local farms in the area. We are 100% HACCP approved for peace of mind.
If at any stage there is an issue with the produce you have received, please contact your rep directly within 24 hours to resolve any issues that may arise.
At FMD, you deal directly with your rep for any enquiries you may have, pricing or any issues that need to be resolved. They provide their mobile numbers directly so they are easy to get in touch with (rather than dealing with a large call centre)
After you contact us via our online enquiry form or via calling us, we will direct you to fill out a 'Credit Application Form' (either on our website or a PDF can be downloaded).
Once your application is approved you will be emailed an 'invitation link' to activate the Fresho Online Portal to access our online ordering. Its that easy!
